Extreme Thermal Resistance

Manufactured from a specially modified high-silica glass fabric with a dual-sided, fire-resistant silicone coating, the base fabric withstands continuous temperatures of over 1,400°C and peak spikes of up to 1,600°C.

Structural Integrity Under Fire

Fitted with heavy-duty, wire-reinforced, fire-retardant seams, this rugged construction ensures the cover retains its physical structure and mechanical stability even under intense, localised heat pressure and load.

Controlled Smoke & Pressure Release

An overlapping topside vent with integrated flame-arresting features allows toxic battery vapours and pressure to escape in a controlled manner, while preventing the direct escape or spread of open flames.

Rapid, Single-Operator Deployment

Designed with an open-base format, it can be lowered directly over a loaded pallet. Heavy-duty, optional integrated lifting handles make it easy for on-site teams or a single operator to quickly position the cover the moment a battery shows signs of failure or enters quarantine.

Weatherproof & Liquid-Resistant

The double-sided silicone polymer coating acts as a robust weather barrier against rain, dust and moisture. This shields your pallets from external moisture to prevent internal electrical short circuits.
